Fitness challenge way to beat lockdown blues

The Asthma and Respiratory Foundation has a suggestion for filling in lockdown time – take its better breathing challenge.
Chief executive Letitia Harding says there have been a surge in registrations for Breathe Better September since New Zealand went into Level 4 lockdown.
People can sign up as an individual or as a team, and they can also come up with their own fitness-related fundraising ideas, whether it be runs around the block, star jumps or any other fun challenge.
Aotearoa has one of the highest rates of asthma in the world, with 1 in 7 children and 1 in 8 adults living with the condition.
