Nazi propaganda ace used to attack Maori partnership
New Zealand Māori Council executive director Matthew Tukaki is calling for the Otago Daily Time’s Star News website to remove a column by former ACT MP Muriel Newman quoting one of Adolf Hitler's main enablers.
In her latest column attacking the idea there may be a treaty partnership between crown and Māori, Dr Newman leads off with Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels’ famous quote that if you tell a big enough lie and repeat it, people will eventually believe it.

He called Dr Newman a right wing apologist for atrocities on indigenous peoples and Māori.
He also called on ACT leader David Seymour to distance his party from the former MP
