A delegation of Australian Indigenous business leaders is touring the country this week meeting Maori ministers and MPs, iwi and Maori businesses.
Acting Australian High Commissioner Andrew Cumpston says the visitors want to learn from the successes and experiences of the Maori economy and to build links for mutual benefit.
He says there are 16,000 indigenous-owned businesses in Australia, earning more than $1 billion a year, and growing at over 12 per cent per year.
