Ten new caps for Maori All Blacks


Ten new caps get the chance to take to the field with the Maori All Blacks in two matches this month.
Taranaki and Chiefs midfielder Charlie Ngatai will captain the team when it takes on Fiji in Suva on July 11 and a New Zealand Barbarians team in Auckland a week later.
Coach Colin Cooper says with only a short time to prepare, the culture and history of the team are what binds players together.
The new caps include Tasman hooker Quentin MacDonald, Waikato prop Josh Hohneck,lock Jacob Skeen, halfback Brad Weber and first five Damian McKenzie, Auckland loose forward Akira Ioane and his brother Rieko Ioane, Manawatu first five Otere Black and Taranaki backs Sean Wainui and Codey Rei.
