Whanau Tahi targets hospital sector
Te Whanau o Waipareira's Whanau Tahi subsidiary has expanded its reach by buying a complementary software company.
Whanu Tahi makes the Navigator system that allows health and social service providers to keep track of the complex needs of colients.
Whanau Tahi chief executive Stephen Keung says its new purchase, HSA Global, has developed a service called Connected Care Management that is used by customers in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
He says while Navigator now has a strong presence in New Zealand's primary healthcare sector, HSA Global has strong relationships with several district health boards.
Stephen Keung says HSA Global chief executive Matt Hector-Taylor, CEO of HSA Global will join Whanau Tahi to oversee business and customer development.
