The Hihiaua Cultural Centre will receive $3m towards construction costs.
Whangārei District Council will get 16m for its transport construction programme, including a contribution to upgrading Port Nikau bridge and roundabout.
There's $1 million for a purpose-built engineering training facility at Whangārei Boys High School, and pūtea for Northland Rugby Union to complete its clubrooms on Pohe Island, putting the club on track to help host the Women's Rugby World Cup in September 2021.
