Voting booth locations revealed

The Electoral Commission has published the 2,600 places where New Zealanders can vote during the 2023 General Election.
Spokesperson Anusha Guler says they’re in malls and retail areas, transport hubs, mosques, universities, schools, and community halls.
There are 37 voting places at marae and 15 kaupapa Māori voting places where staff can help people through the voting process in te reo Māori.
There will be three voting places, one each in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, where New Zealand Sign Language interpreters are available.
Everyone who enrolled before writ day on September 10 will sent an EasyVote pack in the mail with their nearest voting locations, key information about the election and an EasyVote card that will make voting quicker and easier.
People who aren’t already enrolled can still enrol online, or at any voting place when they vote.
Early voting starts on Monday October 2 and closes at 7pm on election day, Saturday October 10.
You can find your closest voting place online at vote.nz, or by calling 0800 36 76 56.
