A private memorial service will be held at the AUT University marae tomorrow for former 2degrees boss Eric Hertz and his wife Kathy.
The American-born couple died on Easter Saturday when their twin engine plane plunged into the sea off Kawhia.
Their bodies were recovered from the wreck a few days ago.
Kathy Hertz had been mentoring students at AUT's Māori School of Business.
The Hertzs' had also formed close associations with the Māori shareholders of 2degrees.
