The Feast Track Approvals Bill was rushed through parliament last night with members recieving the Bill 12 minutes before start of debate. The Bill has passed first reading and is now with the Local Government and Environments Select Committee for public submissions. The Bill cuts through red tape allowing major projects including mining and off shore exploration to happen. Claudette Hauiti talks to MP's and takes in some of the debates.
