Peters spotted in Dotcom spy net
New Zealand First leader Winston Peters has accused the Prime Minister of spying on him.
John Key has revealed that Mr Peters met Kim Dotcom three times in the past two years, and Greens co-leader Russell Norman also met the internet entrepreneur in his Coatesville home.
Mr Peters says he approached Mr Dotcom to hear his side of the story about his immigration process and about the unlawful surveillance of him by the Government Communications Security Bureau.
He says he agreed to keep the meetings confidential, but it appears his movements were tracked and reported to the top floor of the Beehive.
He says New Zealanders should be outraged that a former Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister and Opposition party leader has apparently been spied on.
