Primary healthcare network ProCare has signed a data-sharing agreement with Taumata Kōrero and whānau ora provider collective Te Pae Herenga o Tāmaki.
Chief executive Bindi Norwell says the data will include Covid-19 vaccination status in a form that is risk-stratified, so it flags people with underlying health conditions without giving away their full medical history.
Papakura Marae chief executive Tony Kake says it will boost efficiency, allowing providers to text, phone, and knock on the right doors to confirm if whānau want a vaccination.
