Fans are going to have to be in quick to get tickets for a recital in Auckland by Dame Kiri Te Kanawa.
The acclaimed soprano will perform at the Aotea Centre on May 24, accompanied by renowned New Zealand pianist Terence Dennis.
Dame Kiri says while she has performed in opera and concerts in Auckland, this is her first recital in her home town.
The programme includes personal favourites from Mozart, Handel, Liszt, Puccini, Gusatavino and Canteloube.
Tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster on Wednesday.
