War memorial images move MP

Labour MP Louisa Wall says the refurbished Pukeahu National War Memorial in Wellington should be a warning not to repeat past mistakes.
The opening ceremonies have included New Zealand and Australian prime ministers John Key and Tony Abbott, who have invoked the ANZAC spirit to send a joint force to Iraq on a training mission.
Ms Wall says for her the place was a reminder of whanau who served in past wars and those who did not come back.
"Some of the images that really struck me were a Darcy Nicholas piece, Hinere, which is just stunning. It's a beautiful bronze sculpture of a kuia with a cloak on. There were also boulders from our maunga, from Taranaki, Ruapehu and Tongariro. One of the boulders had an image of people doing a haka," she says.
