Auckland will be back at Alert Level 1 at midnight Wednesday, but don't get complacent.
Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says all signs point to the city's cluster being under control.
There were 179 cases attached to the cluster but no new cases for 10 days and only one case in the past two weeks.
Expert advice is there was a 95 percent probability of the cluster being eliminated.
Ms Ardern says to avoid further restrictions and stay at level 1 people need to be vigilant and continue to scan into places they visit.
People who feel sick should stay at home.
