Digital entrepreneurs wananga ideas

Aspiring Maori entrepreneurs are gathering in Auckland for a DIGMYIDEA Ideation Weekend to look at how they can develop their ideas into quality business ventures using technology.
Then project is a partnership between Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development, Maori Womens Development Inc and blockchain company Centrality, which is providing the venue.
MWDI chief executive Teresa Tepania-Ashton says it’s a safe environment for rangatahi, wahine Maori and their whanau to develop their ideas, to consider how technology can impact their business and to learn all the different ways tech can transform the way they do business.
The event is a precursor to the national DIGMYIDEA Maori Innovation challenge.
