New Parliamentary Committee to Integrate Tikanga Māori Announced
Māori Development Minister Tama Potaka gives his opinion on how Te Pati Māori MPs did not show face to a Privileges Committee yesterday, and confirms a committee is working on introducing Tikanga Māori formally in Parliament.
- Radio Waatea is Auckland's only Māori radio station that provides an extensive bi-lingual broadcast to its listeners. Based at Nga Whare Waatea marae in Mangere, it is located in the middle of the biggest Māori population in Aotearoa.
