Minister Reti talks flu jabs, Dame Poutasi's departure, local doctors' privatization, and North Shore surgical center.
Minister for Health Shane Reti discusses this year’s influenza vaccination eligibility criteria, which has made jabs free for people over the age of 65 and cut free jabs for Māori and Pacifika peoples between the ages of 55 to 64 and children up to the age of 12.
Minister Reti also talks about the departure of Dame Karen Poutasi from Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand, the growing privatisation of local doctors and why the surgical centre in the North Shore is empty.
