Victoria University of Wellingtons Te Herenga Waka Centre for Justice Innovation has just been given a $714,504 grant from the Michael and Suzanne Borrin Foundation towards the Custodial Remand before Trial or Sentence project.

High prison remand numbers probed
The Michael and Suzanne Borrin Foundation has given Victoria University Te Herenga Waka ‘s Centre for Justice Innovation a $714,504 grant towards its Custodial Remand before Trial or Sentence project.
- Radio Waatea is Auckland's only Māori radio station that provides an extensive bi-lingual broadcast to its listeners. Based at Nga Whare Waatea marae in Mangere, it is located in the middle of the biggest Māori population in Aotearoa.
