Z Manu World Champs Go Global With Summer Series

The Z Manu World Champs are back, and going international!

For the first time, the summer series kicks off in Dunedin on November 30, before hitting eight cities across Aotearoa and leaping across the Tasman to the Gold Coast.

The Grand Final will returns to Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour as part of Moana Auckland in March.

Organiser Scott Rice says the event has captured the hearts of New Zealanders, and this year reigning champs, new contenders, and international competitors will make it the biggest yet.

The series includes 12 qualifiers, with registrations now open.

Beyond competition, the champs promote water safety and active lifestyles through partnerships with Sport NZ and Water Safety New Zealand.

Expect innovation too, ManuTech will measure jumps for height, creativity, sound, and power.

Last year, over 2,000 enthusiasts took part, and organisers say this summer will be even bigger.
