Campaign roopu ActionStation, hopes its new Together for Te Tiriti kaupapa will go viral.
The slogan runs under a stylized logo of a hongi between black and red figures on a white background.
Director Kassie Hartendorp says most New Zealanders want peace between the Treaty partners – and reject the racial division stirred up by the coalition Government.
“Every day people all around the motu really care about this. They can see very clearly that even if they haven’t read the Tiriti, or even if they don’t understand it fully, they know that the direction that we’re going in is the right one, and we need to keep going in that direction,” she says.
ActionStation hopes thousands of placards will appear on front lawns, and be posted on social media.
