On the 21st January, Te Kura Maninirau will hold their first Whānau Day for 2024.

Te Kura Maninirau is a circus school for kids aged 7 to 14 years old based at Te Pou Theater in Henderson aimed at get more rangatahi Māori into the performing arts form.

Atereano spoke with Te Kura Maninirau Manager Natasha van Etten about the event and how the school and it’s student’s are going.
