Chief commissioner Dr Claire Achmad says their purpose of the online survey is to amplify children’s voices as the new agency sorts out priorities for its 4 year plan.
It’s working with kura and community partners to get the word out.
“We know that mokopuna don’t get to vote. But we know that they’ve got some big ideas, some awesome ideas for the things that matter to them and what needs to change in our country. And so this is our way of saying, Hey, we really want to hear from you. What you think matters to us,” she says.
The survey closes at midnight next Sunday, November 26.
