Manukau Urban Māori Authority has launched a new Social Enterprise Pathways scheme to help whānau realise entrepreneurial success.
Programme lead Chante Betham says the goal is to give whanau the skills to uplift and support themselves.
“I want them to dream big. Because you can’t achieve unless you’re able to dream big, right? And just want them to just know that they don’t have to have everything figured out. That’s why they want to do the program or why they will do the program with us because we’ll help them to figure that all out,” she says.
Applications are open now on the MUMA website until the 30th November.
