Professor Tracey McIntosh MNZM (Ngāi Tūhoe) has worked many years with incarcerated whānau, particularly with wāhine Māori, with a focus on addressing issues of poverty, inequality and social justice. She was the Facilitator on the Abuse in Care panel. She comments on what has happened at Oranga Tamariki facilities over the last two weeks.
