Bullying allegation form of bullying

Labour Party deputy leader Kelvin Davis has turned the tables on Hamilton West MP Dr Gaurav Sharma.
Dr Sharma has claimed he was bullied by staff and other Labour MPs including former chief whip Kieran McAnulty.
Speaking on Radio Waatea this morning, Mr Davis said Dr Sharma made the allegations after the whips tried to address issues in his office.
He says the party had tried to stay quiet, but a number of staff members are now getting criticised in the media.
“It’s a form of bullying in itself, what he’s done. It’s very sad. Initially, everyone was quite blindsided but it and we were concerned about his well being but now he’s gone over and above and his behaviour is now becoming a bad reflection on himself, and it’s quite sad, to be honest,” Mr Davis says.
Labour is holding a special caucus meeting later this week to try and seek a resolution on the issue.
