The presentation by Chief Executive Christine Brears, of the Taumarunui Community Kokiri Trust, was overwhelmed with the support. “Our elders with their lived experiences are invaluable to this kaupapa. They hold the knowledge and expertise to help us reconnect our mokopuna back to their Maniapoto whakapapa, and having their full support, is wonderful” said Christine.
