“It looks like people are thinking we are going back to normal but people are still dying, people are still going to the hospital, and we have seen cases where young people and children are among those who have died of Covid so we are not out of the woods yet and I think it’s really important we listen to the health experts,” he says.
The Greens also want to see funding of high-quality masks for public use and in schools to avoid inequity of supply, and to improve ventilation in schools.
There were 5720 new Cases of Covid-19 reported yesterday and at least 53256 active cases.
