Testing staff abused as Covid cases rise

The chief executive of Manurewa Marae is asking people queuing up for Covid tests to come up with a better attitude.

In a Facebook post, Takutaimoana Tash Kemp says rudeness and hurling abuse isn’t going to help people get a test.

She says staff are doing an amazing job, standing seven hours a day in the heat in full PPE.
