Māori Freshwater Rights Head to High Court in Landmark Case
The Wai Manawa Whenua coalition will challenge the Crown in the High Court over its failure to uphold Māori freshwater rights under Te Tiriti o Waitangi. The case is set for November 3–4 in Wellington.
