Tairawhiti Festival makes art of tree planting
After repeated changes and Covid-delays, Te Tairawhiti Arts Festival has finally gone ahead with a programme of music, theatre, exhibitions and its signature light trail on the banks of Gisborne's two rivers.
- Radio Waatea is Auckland's only Māori radio station that provides an extensive bi-lingual broadcast to its listeners. Based at Nga Whare Waatea marae in Mangere, it is located in the middle of the biggest Māori population in Aotearoa.
