The co chair of Iwi Leaders Group health advocacy arm Pou Tangata, Rahui Papa, says the Government’s intention to pass legislation as early as tomorrow scrapping Te Aka Whai Ora is dishonourable and a contemporary breach of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
