You've been accused of attacking Ngāti Kuku who are regarded as the Kaitiaki of Tauranga Moana harbour. The Port of Tauranga’s bid to expansion under the Fast-Track Approvals Act, to extend on both Sulphur Point and Mount Maunganui, despite the Act explicitly limiting expansion to Sulphur Point.
