Māori sports authority chance to grow codes
The chair of new national Māori sports authority Te Huinga Tākaro o Aotearoa, Mark Tito, says kotahitanga should help separate codes access the funding they need to grow their sports.
- Radio Waatea is Auckland's only Māori radio station that provides an extensive bi-lingual broadcast to its listeners. Based at Nga Whare Waatea marae in Mangere, it is located in the middle of the biggest Māori population in Aotearoa.
