Ajay Peni | Perth based Musician and Storyteller
Born and raised in Rēkohu, the largest of the Chatham Islands and is helping with the revitalisation of Moriori music and culture. He is part of a project writing and composing music to revitalise old Moriori rongo or music- the lyrics of which were recorded by Hirawanu Tapu and Alexander Shand in the 1880s and 1890s.
