Tukoroirangi Morgan says he’s honoured to be returned for a further ert as chair of Waikato-Tainui’s Te Arataura executive.

It means he will oversee the tribe’s court High Court action against the Crown seeking declarations to affirm the rights and interests of Waikato-Tainui and the corresponding obligations of the Crown.

He says it must protect its settlements, which are the basis for present and future development.

“We have a three-headed Government that is out of control and more especially I have a huge concern with the racist approach people like David Seymour continue to drive his crazy agenda so I know where the target is,” Mr Morgan says,

Waikato Tainui is looking at investments in green energy and major tribal housing projects.
