Associate Health Minister Willow Jean-Prime says a new maternity and early years programme is an example of what can be achieved through the health reforms.

Kahu Taurima aims to integrate primary care, community and specialist services for a child’s first 2000 days, from conception to five years old.

Te Whatu Ora will invest $74 million over the next two years, with Te Aka Whai Ora given the task of getting it out to the grass roots.
