Wisdom drives L.A.B’s success ahead of summer tour

Download AudioL.A.B are heading into summer with a string of massive outdoor shows celebrating Māori and Pasifika excellence.
The tour will hit Tauranga, the Gold Coast and Auckland, featuring an all-star lineup including Stan Walker, Aaradhna, Te Wehi and more.
Keyboardist Miharo Gregory says the band’s success comes from the wisdom within the group, and their ability to connect with fans by embracing even the mistakes in their music.
“I think that paired with just the love of the real instruments and real old school influences. I guess it’s a bit more raw and true to real music rather than super polished. Maybe that resonates with people,” says Gregory.
The tour’s first date is December 27 in Tauranga and finishes New Year’s Eve in Auckland.
