Health leader Lady Tureiti Moxon has raised alarm over the Crown’s withdrawal of its only witness and key evidence days before an urgent Waitangi Tribunal hearing which starts today. The hearing will investigate the repeal of Te Aka Whai Ora and assess whether the Crown’s actions breach the Te Tiriti o Waitangi. The hearing will proceed despite the Crown’s withdrawal of its only witness.
