Club chief executive Nick Becker says the club’s rapid success and high-energy style have captured the hearts of fans, with Mount Smart Stadium sold out for the clash.

Becker believes this rivalry brings fresh energy to Kiwi sport, and with silverware in sight, Auckland FC aims to keep their dream start alive.

A month ago, in game three of the season, Auckland FC beat the Phoenix in Wellington 2-0.
