The family of the elderly Moerewa woman who died after a dog attack yesterday say it's not the time to lay blame.
The family of the elderly Moerewa woman who died after a dog attack yesterday say it’s not the time to lay blame.
The woman had been hanging out washing when a dog came onto her Otiria Rd property and attacked her.
Nephew Joey Rapana says his aunt was a well known whaea of the Moerewa community.
He says the woman’s two daughters are still healing from their injuries in the same attack.
He says the community is there to support the whanau.
