Seymour keep to purge treaty policies

The ACT Party is promising to roll back Labour Government policies it says are turning New Zealand into a high-tax, low-growth ethnostate.
Leader David Seymour told the party’s annual conference at the weekend the last five times National has followed Labour into Government, Labour’s policies have comfortably survived the change.
ACT is determined to change that if it’s part of a future Government.
On his wish list is repealing the Three Waters reforms and returning ownership of water infrastructure to councils;
Repealing the Māori Health Authority;
Cutting taxes for the wealthy;
Bringing back charter schools;
Scrapping the Public Interest Journalism Fund;
Scrapping the Treaty of Waitangi section of the Oranga Tamariki Act which requires the department to have regard to the whakapapa of Māori children and young persons and the whanaungatanga responsibilities of their whānau, hapū, and iwi.
