National’s health spokesman says the success of Māori health providers delivering Covid vaccines shows there’s no need for a Māori Health Authority.

Shane Reti says when the system asked Māori providers to reach the hard to reach, they delivered.

Dr Reti says the health system should be based on need, not a treaty response, and under that formula, Māori would get priority.
