New GM announced to strengthen momentum at Rangitāne
The Rangitāne Tū Mai Rā Trust Board is delighted to announce their appointment of former MP, Jo Hayes (Rangitāne o Wairarapa), as the new General Manager.

“The greatest task for her is to continue to bring the Iwi together and lift our potential, which we believe she has the potential to deliver” Jason Kerehi Board Chair.
She comes with extensive experience working with Iwi in the health and tertiary education sectors having managed her own consultancy business in health, education, research and business management before entering Parliament on 22 January 2014 and becoming a member of the 50th, 51st and 52nd Parliaments. She honed her political abilities dealing with members of parliament and their respective ministries from both sides of the house relative to policy and funding opportunities.
“The Trust will benefit immensely from her broad range of networks locally, nationally, and internationally. She is a real people person, and we are excited to see her work for our people” says Jason Kerehi.
