Festival falls viction to coronavirus caution

More than 100 artists, stakeholders and arts advocates from Aotearoa had been set to attend the festival.
Arts Council members Dean Whiting and Caren Rangi, who were to head the delegation, say it not have been an easy decision to make, and thanked the festival commission for its decisive action.
