Ngāti Whātūa Ōrakei Trust board member Renata Blair has been appointed a crown trustee to the Eden Park Trust Board.
Minister for Sport and Recreation Minister Grant Robertson says Mr Blair and the other new crown appointee, accountant and Eden Park Residents Association member Victoria Toon, bring valuable skills and experience to the board.
Mr Blair is owner of large scale events management company Strategic Pathways Ltd, a large scale events management company.
He is also a director of the Ngāti Whātūa Ōrakei Reserves Board, a member of the Independent MĀori Statutory Board, and a trustee for the Wynton Rufer Soccer School of Excellence Charitable Trust.
