Rally as CPTPPA signing looms

Opponents of the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement will make a last ditch attempt to change the minds of politicians with a rally at parliament at noon today.
The 11-country trade pact is set to be signed in Chile on Friday New Zealand time.
It’s Our Future spokesperson Oliver Hailes says the rally will hear from a range of speakers, including Green Party MP Golriz Ghahraman and international indigenous rights advocate Catherine Murupaenga-Ikenn.
ActionStation campaigner Rick Zwaan will report on an independent poll commissioned by his organisation which found 75 percent of New Zealanders still want independent analysis before signing up.
