Taurua allows talent to bloom in Sunshine

A win for Noeline Taurua this weekend, with her Sunshine Coast Lightning taking out the inaugural Australian Super Netball title with a 65 to 48 victory over the Sydney Giants.
It's a great comeback for Taurua, who crossed the Tasman after missing out on the job coaching the Silver Ferns.
She says it's all about the team and the support put around them by the new club, which is a subsidiary of rugby league powerhouse the Melbourne Storm.
"Definitely about the people. It always is about the people, about working with people and trying to find what their strengths are and normally as coaches we can talk about weaknesses and pulling them to bits but looking at the strength of people and how can you enhance it or make it even better and to be able to provide an environment where they bloom," Taurua says.
The next few weeks will be spent lining up contracts for next year's team.
