Ngai Tahu invests in tech companies

Ngai Tahu Holdings is one of the key institutional investors in a new $105 million technology investment fund.
Fund promoters Movac have previously put start up capital and resources into companies like Trade Me, eBus, GreenButton, and Givealittle.
Movac Fund 4 aims to accelerate the growth of established New Zealand technology companies, rather than picking early stage companies.
Ngai Tahu Holdings chief executive Mike Sang says the iwi is looking forward to the added diversity the investment will bring to its portfolio.
