Bill English says "Whanau Ora is very distinctive. It's focussed on the relationship because even the money man like me knows that the resource is reaching the people rather than getting lost in the system".
"This is the most measured spending that the governments had partly because the people that set it up, going back to Tariana recognised that everyone would be looking pretty hard at Whanau Ora".
"We know more about the whanau that are being supported by these people being supported today, than we know about any other whanau. What I see is some really smart ways of working with families".
