Songwriters have been given another week to try for the country’s top prize for songs in te reo Maori.
APRA has extended the deadline for the Maioha Award until Monday June 20.
The tohu was first given in 2013 and since then has passed through the hands of some of Aotearoa’s most respected songwriters, including inaugural winner Ngahiwi Apanui, Whirimako Black, Ruia Aperahama, Maisey Rika and Rob Ruha.
